What is the turnaround time to get a personalized clock?

Approximately 3 weeks to receive and process your order, not including shipping. Time varies a little depending on how busy we are at the time of your order. If you need it by a specific date, give us a call as we will do everything we can to meet your deadline. (In most cases without any additional cost.) *Make sure to email a high-resolution jpeg of your logo to

How are your clocks packaged?

All clocks are securely wrapped with foam or bubble wrap and individually boxed. The presentation box will be shipped t0 arrive clean without any labels or stickers on it.

Should I use an Apostrophe?

According to website the answer is no. (Making a family name plural should never involve an apostrophe)

Are your clocks battery operated?

All of our clocks use a single AA battery, except for pendulum clocks which use two AA batteries. We only use high torque movements in our clocks. We strongly recommend using high quality (fresh) batteries.

How thick are your clocks and how far do they stand out from the wall?

Our wall clocks are 5mm thick. There's a 1/2" gap between the wall and back of clock.

I'm shipping as a gift and don't want any type of invoice or receipt sent with the order?

No worries, we don't ship any type of invoice/receipt. Only on request will we send an invoice or receipt.

What type of warranty do you offer?

We have a 1 year warranty on support and labor and a 1 year warranty on parts. We are always glad to help if you ever have a problem.
