Return Policy
Should you need to return an item due to damage or defect please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date. Please email us at info@cheerclocks.com before returning any merchandise. Keep ALL of the original packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied.
Product Warranty
All of our clocks are fully guaranteed for one year. This guarantee is for normal use and not subject to clocks damaged from non-operational use or abuse. Any damage during shipping must be reported immediately and the customer must keep all shipping boxes for inspection to process the damage claim. Upon approval of damage claim from the shipping company, a replacement will be sent at no cost to the customer.
Sales Tax
Cheer Clocks collects sales tax on all orders being shipped to an address within the USA and outside of the USA.
Shipping Information
Our clocks are shipped UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS in and outside of the continental USA. Sorry, No COD orders. Delivery time is currently 1-2 weeks after your clock is made and depending on the country. If you need a clock by a certain date, please contact us and we will make every effort to meet your deadline.
Use of Your Private Information
We ask only for the information we need. It is the policy of Cheer Clocks, to keep your email address and any other information we may receive about you completely private. We do not sell or share our customer information with anyone. When you make a purchase, we ask for your address and credit card information for billing and shipping purposes. If you send us feedback and request a response, we ask for your e-mail address. All of this information is used only by Cheer Clocks to better assist you.
